Q1. What species and types of wood veneer do you offer?
We supply Radiata Pine / Paulownia / Fir / Oak /Okoume/Birch/EV Teak/Maple veneer in two cutting methods: rotary cut ( wide sheets for plywood core, face veneer, door skins) and sliced (decorative grain for furniture faces and interior panels). Other species such as Oak and Alder are available on request.
Q2. What thicknesses and tolerances are available?
Thickness range: 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm (popular: 0.2 / 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.7 / 2.0 / 3.0 mm). Thickness tolerance is held within ±0.02–0.05 mm, ensuring even glue spread and stable panel pressing.
Q3. What is the moisture content?
Standard moisture content is 5–14%, naturally dried and kiln-conditioned — well below the 20% industry ceiling. This prevents warping, mold, and edge cracking during transit and storage. Custom MC levels available.
Q4. What grading system do you use?
Four visual grades: AA (clean face, minimal color variation), AB (minor defects allowed), BB / CC (economy grade for core and packaging). Every bundle is hand-sorted and labeled, so the grade you order is exactly what you receive.
Q5. Can you make custom sizes? Do you support OEM?
Yes. We customize width (up to 130 cm), length, thickness, moisture level, grade mix, and knotty/clear appearance. OEM and private-label bundle packing are supported — send us your spec sheet or a reference sample to match.
Q6. What is your MOQ, and do you provide samples?
MOQ: 1×20'GP for stock specs; trial orders are welcome and negotiable. Free samples for stock grades (buyer covers courier); custom samples charged a small fee, refundable against your first bulk order.
Q7. What is your production lead time and how are goods packed?
Stock specs: 7–15 days. Custom orders: 20–30 days after sample approval. Packing: 100–200 pcs per bundle, steel-strapped and paper-wrapped, then shrink-wrapped on export pallets with moisture barrier. Container loading photos and B/L provided.
Q8. What certifications do you have?
F-S-C chain-of-custody, ISO 9001, and CE certificates available. Heat-treated (ISPM-15) options for packaging-grade veneer. Full traceability from log to container. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV) can be arranged before shipment.
